    Discover the Capital of the Highlands – Inverness. We will visit the Victorian market, appreciate Inverness Castel and St. Andrew’s Cathedral including other interesting sites along the way.

    A day trip to Dunrobin Castle is the highlight. The castle is the seat of the Dukes of Sutherland and features a breath-taking demonstration of falconry.

    Depart Inverness and visit the Clava Cairns, a Bronze Age stone formation used as a setting for the Outlander series. We will also make at stop to see Elgin Cathedral, also known as the “Lantern of the North.”

    Depart Aberdeen for Edinburgh with a scenic drive along the east coast via Stonehaven and Dunottar Castle. Then, journey to the lovely coastal town of St. Andrews, regarded as the home of golf and site of the Open, the world’s oldest professional golf championship. After an introduction to the historic town we continue to Edinburgh.

    After  extended sightseeing tour of the city, we will visit Edinburgh Castle with an expert local guide and take in the stunning views over the city and beyond.

    In the morning we will visit the Royal Yacht Britannia, a proud vessel that served as a floating home to the Royal Family for over 40 years. You will have the afternoon to relax before attending the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo – a stirring display of martial music and military-style maneuvers celebrating its 70th season. Sit back in your premium grandstand seat and watch magnificent performances that symbolize Scottish culture, history and their influence around the world.
