  • Buenos Aires Feb. 16

After an overnight flight, arrive at the Buenos Aires International airport, where a Dignity Travel group host will greet you (if you have not been greeted yet at one of our connecting airports). We will transfer from the airport to the hotel using an accessible minibus. Once we check into our 4-star accessible hotel in central Buenos Aires – you will have the opportunity to unwind and relax before enjoying a welcome dinner at the hotel.

    Dinner

  • Buenos Aires Feb. 17

Today we begin exploring the unforgettable city of Buenos Aires. The city is Argentina’s largest and its capital. Filled with colorful neighborhoods, European-style buildings, majestic boulevards, and beautiful plaza – this city has much to explore. We will end our day of touring with a traditional tango dinner show and experience the sounds, tastes, and culture of this vibrant city.

    Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

  • Buenos Aires Feb. 18

Today we will experience a “fiesta gaucha” (gaucho party) on this full-day tour at a traditional ranch in the Argentina countryside. Loosely translated as the South American version of cowboys, gauchos are residents of the Argentina plains. They offer a fun-filled day of ranch activities, a traditional folk show, a BBQ lunch, wine, and a performance of their fantastic horse-riding skills.

    Breakfast, Lunch

  • Buenos Aires/Ushuaia Feb. 19

We depart Buenos Aires and fly to Ushuaia. Upon our arrival we will tour the End of the World Museum and the Presidio Museum which was a former prison and is now maritime exhibit. Ushuaia really got its start as a prison colony. In 1896 the prison in Ushuaia received its first inmates, re-offenders and dangerous prisoners transferred from Buenos Aires but also some political prisoners. The town grew around the prison and inmates. The prison population became forced colonists and spent much of their time building the town with timber from the surrounding forest.

    Breakfast

  • Ushuaia Feb. 20

On South America’s southern frontier, nature grows wild, barren, and beautiful. Spaces are large, as are the silences that fill them. For the newly arrived, such emptiness can be as impressive as the sight of Patagonia’s jagged peaks, pristine rivers, and dusty backwater oases. In its enormous scale, Patagonia offers an innumerable wealth of potential experiences and landscapes. We will explore the natural splendor by visiting the national parks around Ushuaia and in the afternoon enjoy a boat tour on Beagle Channel.

    Breakfast, Lunch

  • Ushuaia/El Calafate Feb. 21

We depart Ushuaia and fly to the beautiful city of El Calafate. Named for the berry that, once eaten, guarantees your return to Patagonia, El Calafate hooks you with its irresistible beauty.

    Breakfast

  • El Calafate Feb. 22

Today we will visit the Perito Moreno Glacier. Among the Earth’s most dynamic and accessible ice fields, Perito Moreno Glacier is the stunning centerpiece of the southern sector of Parque Nacional Los Glaciares. Locally referred to as “Glaciar Moreno”, it measures 19 miles long, 3 miles wide and 180 feet high – but what makes it exceptional in the world of ice is its constant advance – up to 6 feet per day, causing building-sized icebergs to calve from its face.

    Breakfast, Lunch

  • El Calafate/Iguazu Feb. 23

We depart El Calafate and fly to Iguazu. After we arrive, we will check-in to our 4-star accessible hotel and have the afternoon to relax.

    Breakfast

  • Iguazu Feb. 24

Today we will visit one of the seven wonders of the natural world – Iguazu Falls. The falls are located on the border of Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. The falls system is comprised of 275 independent falls almost 2 miles wide. The highest part of the falls measures 269 feet high. We will venture to the Devil’s Throat, which is the U-shaped start of the falls and is often considered the most impressive part since it is the highest point and is 2,296 feet wide.

    Breakfast

  • Iguazu Feb. 25

We will have the entire day to relax in these peaceful surroundings before preparing for our return trip back home.

    Breakfast

  • Iguazu/Buenos Aires Feb. 26

We depart Iguazu and fly to Buenos Aires. We will transfer from the domestic airport to the international airport for our flights back home. BL
